Equine Gait Trax

Small Equine TrackingMotion Imaging Corporation introduces the new motion tracking software specifically designed to aid in the evaluation and assessment of gait in horses. MIC, in partnership with prominent DVMs, has created a plug and play system to be used by veterinarians in the field or at the office. The system consists of a camera and laptop computer with intuitive software allowing for the acquisition of video data with a rapid output of a comprehensive right side versus left side comparison reports. Utilizing a specific set up of markers the DVM can quickly have quantitative values used in assessing gait, printed into a report in a matter of minutes.

DMAS - Coach

skating pairs 1sm.jpgDMAS—Coach is designed for the times when a quick analysis of basic biomechanical data is needed. Coach was created to gather video and simply click on specific frames to determine angular values for anything in view. Coach provides the means to get displacement data and angular data by simply clicking on the image. Data such as step distance, jump height, angle of release is given in a few simple clips. Coach also provides the means to synchronously compare two videos and the data to see how much correction has been achieved. Coach is the ultimate tool when it comes to allowing the athlete to quickly visualize specific actions. A picture is worth a 1000 words and this is definitely the case when coaching comes into place. The visual feedback allows the athlete a better understanding of what is trying to be conveyed. Comparison of pre and post corrections allow the athlete’s movements to be compared visually as well as quantitatively..

DMAS - DV

dmas-dv.jpgMotion Imaging Corporation the video capture and analysis system for all your 2D and 3D analysis needs. DMAS – DV is the video capture and analysis portion of DMAS-6. You enjoy all the same tracking capabilities of DMAS-6, allowing you to select from manual, automatic or real time tracking. DMAS-DV employs the unique capability of digitizing markers automatically for the entire video, in a single mouse click, while storing the video image for each camera. Thus enabling a thorough comparison of the video data while viewing all the images from every camera.

EMR-AT Voxer

emr-voxer.jpgMotion Imaging Corporation introduces the EMR-AT Voxer. The Voxer is a contact free system that allows for the measurement of head motion and gaze position while not requiring the subject to wear any special devices at all. Voxer is capable of auto tracking and auto focusing establishing an absolute coordinate system on the monitor allowing for extremely accurate quantitative analysis. Gaze position is displayed on a monitor of the Control Unit for qualitative analysis.

Movias

MoviasMotion Imaging Corporation introduces a 2D manual and automatic tracking program for previously captured .avi or .mcf files. Movias 2-D is used to manually or automatically track imported avi files especially when utilizing high speed cameras. Movias tracks quadrant markers, light markers, dark markers and shapes. Movias provides a robust means to track 2 D data in and outside of laboratory settings. Data such as displacements, angles, velocities, accelerations, area, power etc can easily be displayed in a table or graphically played synchronously with the imported video.. All data is readily exported in a .csv format read by excel and other programs.
